Publication of ESM dispute details

AEMO is required to publish the following information relating to disputes under the ESM Rules:

• Summary information on disputes in progress that may impact other Rule Participants [ESM Rule 10.6.1(g)].
• Details of resolved disputes, including all Public Information associated with the dispute, but not parts of the resolution or information associated with the resolution which contain Confidential Information [ESM Rule 10.6.1(b)].

Details of ongoing and resolved disputes since the commencement of the new WEM on 1 October 2023 are contained in the following sections.
